People and things that we allow to push our buttons. Do you find that when you push yourself in a daily physical activity followed by a calming cool down and stretching, that you are better able to handle all the stressful situations that enter your world? For me, if I can pour my energy into the skating floor, a bike trail, kick boxing or kettle bells, my mind clears. I am better able to concentrate, meditate, think before I speak and find peace in my day. How about you? What works for you?
